It’s been snowing here in Newcastle which has made me VERY festive, I have to admit to even having put some Christmas tunes on already.
I know, I know, it’s only November but creating all the videos for the advent calendar has me super excited.
So what to expect, every day in advent you’ll be emailed (or it’ll be on the substack app depending on your personal settings) a short relaxation to keep you grounded, calm and full of cheer. All are designed to be as easy to do as possible, you won’t have to change your clothes or get out a mat, you can just do as you are.
This is completely free as a Christmas gift to you, but if you do want to become a paid subscriber (£6 a month or £48 a year) you’ll also be invited to a special meditation on zoom on Christmas Eve at 9am GMT. Paid members also get access to the full archives and once the advent is over they’ll get one session a week.

PS I find that the best way to get success for building a habit like this is to attach it to another habit. For example between cleaning your teeth and going to bed, or just after you switch your laptop off, or in the car when you get home from work (anyone else sit in their car for ages before going in the house?) this way it’ll flow a bit easier into your life.
And remember this is fun! If you miss a day don’t beat yourself up, just get back on it the next day. You’ve got this!
