Thank You so much for this video. I live in California and today, 6/13/25, with all the chaos and cruelty that's happening here, well it's setting off the alarm bells in my nervous system, I'm so glad your video came up. I will be returning again on a regular basis to do this 5 minute practice.

I cannot wait to try this! I’ve been posting about my journey of trying to heal a fear of being seen and this is perfect. Traditional breathwork and that panicky state is exactly what I don’t need. Love love love
