Hey Tired Yogi,
I really hope you’re doing well today, and that you are taking a moment to drop your shoulders and take a deep breath while reading this email.
I am writing to you because I have something super exciting happening at my end, I am finally getting into the recording studio to record the first series of my brand new podcast!
Yes you read that right, a real recording studio ✨
As someone who normally does everything from her spare room this is a really is a really big deal for me and I am 50% super excited and 50% super nerrous. It will be available to listen to for free right here on substack and wherever you listen to your podcasts. (substack will be the best place though as this is where the comment section will be for us to carry on the chat).
Now, this is where you come in. I am going to be answering listeners questions in the series but as it’s not been released yet, I have no listeners.
So, I would love it so much if you could leave a question for me to answer either as a comment or if you’d rather be anonymous via email.
As inspiration the wonderful Anna H has asked ‘Can you please explain why some yoga activity energises and some relaxes us, and how we can do the right ones for what we need? 🙏’
The question doesn’t have to be about yoga.
Thank you so much for your time and for your attention, I don’t take it for granted,
I look forward to reading your questions,
Much Love,
Jo xx
Beginning interest in yoga question - is there a way/regimen to begin gently, and combine resistance training with yoga?
I’m always in search of neck and shoulder release from tension and wonder if these can be done every day or should I do stretches for my torso in between?
