I loved the pace and gentleness of this class - balancing in Warrior poses still takes concentration and energy! The simple things are rarely easy! Thank you for this detailed teaching, Jo. Looking forward to doing the next class :)

Thanks once more. I just finished this week 4 class and really liked the stretching component. I should sit cross-legged more i think ... as noticed the hips were way more comfortable sitting cross-legged after the class.

Lovely way to start the day (or wind down after work). Really well instructed, gentle breath work and easy transitions between each pose. Really well worth doing the class. The extra options are nice so we can avoid any overstretching or injury. Very good class all round. Thank you very much.
