I’ve been doing these classes in my bedroom first thing in the morning. Such a great way to start the day before I get distracted by “things to do” downstairs 🙂
Just got round to doing class 3, so relaxing and grounding. Was in a real tizz before I started and am feeling so much calmer now. Thank you for this course. Great to be learning the basics. 😃
A week behind but just completed this class ☺️ thank you so much Jo! I especially enjoyed the suggestion of tree pose for when thoughts are racing - I can feel some emergency trees in the supermarket coming on 😆 🛒

Perfect! I love your slow steady pace and clear instructions - really helps me to focus and stay aware of balancing! Thank you for the revisions too - worked well for me. I feel like I can keep going with yoga again :)
