Strengthen your grip with this 5 minute video

Did you know that our grip strength is one of the most reliable predictors of how long and how well you’ll live?

Research consistently links stronger grip to lower all-cause mortality — it’s one of the simplest measures of overall health we have. And the good news? You can work on it from your sofa with a tennis ball.

This short hand strengthening class takes you through a series of ball squeezes, pinch grips across every finger, and some gentle rolling and throwing work for dexterity.

Grab a squishy ball if you’ve got one, a tennis ball if not, and let’s get to it.
