Hey Tired Yogis,
Is anyone else watching One Hundred Years of Solitude on Netflix? It is so good. I highly recommend it if you like long epic tales over generations, amazing characters and beautiful costumes (and actors). Love in the Time of Cholera was one of my favourite books as a teenager, (I read it drinking coffee and wearing a beret in my local arthouse cinema 🫢😬😂) but I’ve not read One Hundred Years of Solitude so I can’t say how it compares to the book, but as a TV show it is *chefs kiss*.
Anyway, I know there are a lot of new faces around here, so I just wanted to give you some links to sessions that you might have missed or may want to try. And even if you didn’t miss them, you may have forgotten about them. So here they are.
And a reminder that if you ever want to go back to the archives or visit the website here is the link
I’m obviously not expecting for you to do all these sessions now but just so you know they are there for when you need them 🥰
Also I am still OBSESSED with the playlist we compiled for Jan on the chat, I’ve been listening to it for two days straight. So thank you to everyone who contributed!
If you’re looking for a playlist filled with beautiful songs that is perfect for having on in the background then look no further than this.
Much love, and peace out,
Jo xx (and a ❤️ for my international friends who might not do x’s)
I’m learning so much. Thank you.
And I picked up a copy of Love in the Time of Cholera from a please-take-a-book shelf last week and am looking forward to getting stuck in!
Thank you for this email! So handy to have access to things all in one place. I have now upgraded to a paid subscription as I really value your content
