A short grounding technique for when you're all over the place
great video! I'm going to experiment with this.
what is meant by "turn in"?
It means taking a moment to move your attention from your outside environment to your inside one.
What are you feeling? What is going on for you.
Not to judge it or to say why, but just to experience it and feel connected to it.
Otherwise it’s so easy to go about your day disconnected.
Let me know if you have more questions x
Lovely! Thanks so much for expanding on that. Excited to experiment :)
Thanks Jo 🙏 This really helps.. I love these little quick videos 👍🥰
🥰🥰 so glad you found it useful Eva xx
No baby, but set for Dec 3rd! So exciting. Thank you for these short videos ♥️
Oooooh so exciting to have a date!
Thank you, so overwhelmed and behind at the moment. Can't find a path forward. Slow down, but not stop.🥰
What a great tip! Slowing down in all aspects of life really helps me with gaining clarity and being more intentional.
'Slow down, Turn in, Let go' is great. And pays off. And I need to just keep doing it for a long, long time.
