Got up today feeling very stiff around the shoulders (slightly stressful day yesterday, teenage daughter issues…!). This video was the perfect way to start my day, it’s amazing how just 10 mins can take a difference. I’m going to start to incorporate a short video into my getting up and bedtime routine. Thanks Jo!
