I live in Los Angeles, CA, USA. For the past 2 weeks, the barrage of angry hateful news is inescapable. I am feeling more vulnerable and afraid than ever before. My go to breathing and body scan meditations are helpful, BUT I need more right now. I would really like a supportive practice that creates a feeling of protection and safety in my nervous system. Thank you💜
Before I got sick, I used to do about a morning mile walk in my neighborhood which has a park. I have tried to get back into that routine, but have been very sporadic. This walking meditation opened me up so much. I could not believe how much color there was of red both in nature and on inanimate objects. Park maintenance was out in full force so I missed about 10 minutes in the middle of the meditation. It was so loud. It did not disturb my meditation though. Thank you, Jo, I will be doing this again. And again.
Loved this meditation Jo , not tried it yet whilst out walking as i have covid but just listening to it and imaging myself on my usual dog walk worked a treat 👍thank you.
Is there any way of downloading this meditation? I tried it while I was walking today and was loving it, then it kept cutting out cos my internet was so rubbish (I assume) so I had to give up :-/
