Proof yoga for tired people works for anyone anytime, I just did this session with my very snuffly cute sleeping newborn on my lap 😊 oh also if you’ve noticed a huge uptick in someone listening to one of your 20 min sleep yoga nidra sessions, that’s me 🙋🏻♀️ it’s been my saving grace these last 3 weeks when I’m massively sleep deprived but so overstimulated that I struggle to actually fall asleep in the baby nap windows 😅 so thank you so so much for that 🙏
Any relaxations are wonderful but a particular focus on some for when you’re overstimulated/over tired would be amazing for us new mammas (and plenty of other people too I’m sure 😊) and I’m always up for anything sleep related 🙌
