I clench my jaw a lot, but telling myself to just “relax” it only works for a second and then I’m doing it again. (I have TMJ with the jaw clicking and all). I also push my tongue into the back of my teeth and press my lips together. How about a focus on facial muscles?
I suffered from a tight fuzzy feeling across my chest, (like the feeling before going to the dentist,) which I assume is anxiety. A relaxation to release this feeling would be helpful. Thanks.
