Hi Jo. I've wanted to try yoga for years but always felt beginners classes were never really for beginners and it put me off. So following your course has been brilliant for someone who is very unco-ordinated and not flexible at all. Thank you. It's been amazing. I'm wondering how long w have access to the videos for? There is quite a lot I'd need to keep revising I think.

Thank you Jo. I would recommend these 5 sessions to anyone beginning yoga. I’ve loved that you are so authentic. The sessions are well explained, achievable and leave you feeling calm and yet energised. I have subscribed as I enjoyed the sessions so much and the fact that I completed all 5 says a lot. I’ve also been listening to your podcast and have started reading the Bhagavad Gita. Best wishes Anne

Hi Jo,

thank you so much for the free beginners course. I really enjoyed it, so that I decided to get a subscription (to have access to the archive and zoom classes).

Somehow I ended up having a subscription for 60€/48€ annually instead of the normal 280€(?) one. But I do not know what I can access now, having this subscription. I would love to upgrade, but as I do not know what went wrong the last time and I don't really understand where I can access everything, I am a bit hesitant.

Could you explain, how it works? To book I followed a link in email, you sent via substack. I then also had to register on Momence. So I am a bit confused. Sorry to bother you with all this, but I would really love to continue my yoga journey with you.

I completed week 5 today (on another beautiful rainy day) and have really enjoyed and appreciated the pace of these beginner sessions. The standout message from today was 'being kind to yourself' (not stretching too far) and being consistent.

I'm so glad you're leaving these beginner lessons accessible to be, as I've shared them with my two daughters (both busy mums with young children). Thanks so much.
