Ahhĥhĥ how calming. I just started making circles on my palm without conscientiously noticing & again the jaw relaxation just naturally happened with out even thinking about it. Very interesting how the days are just coming together. I notice myself just automatically doing a few of these 5 days with little thought. Feels really nice. Thank you Jo🥰

I restarted this 4 times thinking it was cutting out before i realised you were just being still rather than frozen.. says alot about my ability to pause 😂 its good to have a laugh at yourself

When you really begin to notice your thoughts & where they take you physically & mentally it gets very interesting. The best bit is noticing the space in between the thoughts - if there is any!! 🙏🙂
