Hi Christine, I’m so sorry I’ve just seen this now! The soul restore circle is for members of the full studio so not the substack, but I will be doing a one at 9am Christmas Eve that will be for members of the Substack xx
I’m having trouble finding your recordings. Also, there’s video to the pelvic floor talk, but I can’t find that either. Hope you can help. I love having you in my Substack feed!
OMG!!!! I just realized my aunt is not going to be at Thanksgiving and there will be NO MINCE PIE!!!!!! Ugh, I’ll have to make my own.
She would make it for me and my Lithuanian grandpa, we were the only ones who liked it. He would pretend to cut his half way bigger, or make like he was going to take the whole thing. He passed years ago at 92 (still doing pie nonsense and DRIVING). She would make me the pie still. She is gone to my cousins’ house for the holidays, though.
Hi Jo is the soul restore circle available to join if you’re a sub stack subscriber thank you Christine
