If you’re anything like me then your screen time seems to be creeping up every year.
Whether it’s checking my emails on my desktop, using my phone for everything from maps to recipes or watching the new season of Severance. It’s sometimes like the whole world is on a backlit screen.
And by the end of the day my eyes can feel so tired and a bit dry. (It would help if I ever remembered to wear my glasses of course 🫢)
So I like to do a little treat for my eyes if they feel fatigued, and the great thing is it also works as a marker between the working day and rest time.
