Well, well, well.
It has been a little warm here in Newcastle upon Tyne over the last week or so — nowhere near as hot as other places, and I do spend the entire winter complaining about the cold, so I’m trying not to moan too much.
But I’ve been relying on this cooling sequence a lot, so I thought I’d share it with you.
I actually had something completely different planned for today, but when I went to record it I thought — why not just film what I’m doing in my own practice during the heatwave.
