A little stretch for tired wrists

For the knitters, the scrollers, the sketchers, the scribblers

Hiya,

Just popping into your inbox with a short and sweet session I filmed for you - a little wrist stretch that’s especially nice if you spend a lot of time drawing, knitting, typing, or writing (so… basically all of us?).

It’s one of those tiny things that doesn’t feel like much, but makes a difference. Especially if you tend to carry tension into your hands and forearms. You can do it at your desk, in bed, in between rows of a jumper - whatever works.

While I’ve got you, a couple of things happening over on the paid side at the minute:

  • The 7-Day Relaxation Reset is in full swing for paid subscribers. We’re a few days in now, and the sessions have been short, gentle and perfect for anyone feeling wired or worn out.

  • I’ve also just posted the recording of our live art session with Beth Spencer. It was fun, inspiring, and a lovely way to play with creativity. You didn’t need to be good at art to enjoy it—just open to messing around with shapes and colour.

If you’ve been thinking about upgrading, it’s a really nice moment to do it. There’s plenty waiting for you.

More soon. Go easy on your wrists, and I hope this one brings a bit of relief.

Love,
Jo x
