As promised I have started my anatomy series, so once a month I’ll make a video looking at one part on the anatomy through the lens of yoga.
And I’m starting with probably the most commonly requested video, the sciatic nerve.
Sciatica can be a debilitating and frustrating condition, and one that can be hard to pin down because it can be caused by a couple of underlying reasons.
Yoga is an amazing tool in recovery from sciatica as it keeps you strong and mobile, but the approach you take will differ depending on the cause.
I hope you enjoy this video, even if you don’t have sciatica it’s always interesting to nerd out and learn what’s going on in the body 🤓
