But here’s the interesting part—jaw tension isn’t just about your jaw. A lot of the time, it’s actually connected to stress and even weak shoulder muscles. Yep, your body is sneaky like that. When your shoulders aren’t pulling their weight (literally), your jaw steps in, clenching to create extra stability—leading to that annoying tightness and tension.
