I’ve got a very special session this week, it’s the full face massage for stress relief and tension headaches.
This is one of my very favourite things to do, we often do it in the Let’s Rest Zoom class over at the Happy Yoga Community and I do it in my own practise at least once a week.
There’s something so nourishing and soothing about self massage and its such and under utilised tool in self care.
So carve out five minutes for yourself and enjoy!
