I love the Christmas-tide, and yet,
I notice this, each year I live;
I always like the gifts I get,
But how I love the gifts I give

Hey Adventers,
So here we are. At the most important session of the whole calendar.
Behind today’s window is short but sweet and it’s all about letting go of expectations.
We can come into the holidays with an idea of how it should go, how other people should behave, how we should feel.
But as we all know, life doesn’t work that way. AND YET, that doesn’t stop us getting upset about it.
In the eight limbs of yoga the final Niyama is surrender. The reason it is the last one is because it’s the most challenging to do, but it’s needed for the others to fall into place.
We can plan, plot, wish and work really hard but we are only in control of the efforts we put into something not the results we get out at the end.
So sit back, press play and let yourself breathe out any pressure you’ve been putting on yourself.
Much Love,
Jo xx
