Hey Adventers,

Can you believe that we’re nearly at the end of the calendar?

It feels like it’s gone so fast. I’ve really enjoyed it so far and we do still have right up to Christmas Day to go (yes that’s right there’s a relaxation on Christmas Day too because I think all the best calendars have Christmas Day door).

After the calendar is over I’ll be going back to my regular posting schedule, which is one session every single Monday.

Today we have a mantra meditation, this is so simple but so so powerful for calming the mind. You can take time out your day to do this but you can also just do it as you go about your day too.
