“Freshly cut Christmas trees smelling of stars and snow and pine resin—inhale deeply and fill your soul with wintry night.”

John J. Geddes

Hi Adventers,

I’m aware that I have said pretty much every day has been my favourite but I think THIS is my favourite.

I LOVE a face massage, there is just something so indulgent and caring about it.

There is no need to use fancy oils or expensive products (unless you want to) just spend 5 minutes pampering yourself.

Self care is often sold to us as something that happens externally to our every day life. That we need to break our routine and remove ourselves for a break, but we can do it amongst the chaos of life. It can be as simple as this.

And the most important step is to feel worthy of self care, to know that you deserve it.

We CAN feel good, in fact its our right as a human. We weren’t put on this earth just to work and be productive, but to play and relax too.

There’s nothing immoral or lazy about doing something nice for yourself purely for the joy of it. In fact it’s so good for us, body and soul.

So I hope you enjoy this face massage as much as I do!

Let me know how you get on,

Much Love,

Jo xx
