I know a lot of you are knitters, cross stitchers, writers, gamers, crocheters and book readers. In other words you use your hands a lot.
So here is a short but sweet stretch for your wrists to soothe any tension you may have there.

In other important news, how lovely is my Mother in Law’s dolls house? She’s put up all the Christmas decorations and even has little mince pies and a carrot out for Rudolph. So sweet!
